We’ll take you from thinking of a healthy lifestyle as being restrictive and rigorous, to making it an effortless lifestyle that becomes part of your daily routine.

You’ll go from inconsistent and self-sabotaging behaviors, to a newfound excitement in creating consistency with our studio training sessions and weekly online check ins with your own personal coach that are SIMPLE to implement.

Our 12 Week Goddess Body Project Program will guide you with a proven blueprint system to get you on track. You know what you need to do, you just need a coaches to get you there and prompt you on how to do it.

Listen, we all know we need to exercise and eat right (it’s not rocket science right?!) but we’re going to help you make those into habits that will stick and bring you long term success. Our in-studio sessions with our personal trainers are fun, effective and everyone who attends was new…just like you!

What's included in this kickass program:

  • 36 personal training sessions to be used over 90 days- flexible scheduling - 4 women or less. 1 trainer per 4 clients. Each session is 1 hour.
  • Initial consultation with your dedicated coach to strategize your diet plan to work for YOU.
  • Weekly check ins thru our app to your assigned coach who will send you video replies discussing your progress and plans for the following week.
  • Macros or a meal plan designed exclusively for you, this isn't cookie cutter.
  • Weekly LIVE Zoom Coaching calls every Monday on different topics ranging from fat loss, muscle shaping, hormones, motivation and support.
  • Cardio designed for your goals.
  • Supplement suggestions.
  • Portal with lots of resources (meal plans, fast food dining meal plans, macro videos, recipes, coaching videos).
  • Closed private Facebook group for all of the women in the program for accountability and ongoing coaching with Diane and the Venus team. This is a great space that can help hold you accountable to your goals while you and other members motivate each other.
  • Weekly e-mails with e-mail "to-do's" so that you know what you need to do next and never feel like you are lost.
  • Besides the kick-ass sessions you get, the access and coaching you will receive is priceless, therefore making this entire program is valued at well over $3500.

This program is for you if:

  • You want access to body shaping personal training sessions that are small, fun, yet challenging.

  • You want a shortcut. There is no cutting corners and the work has to be done. Don't get frustrated after a few weeks and think it's not working. You have to get consistent and the results will come.

1. How many days are you allowed to workout at Venus?
You get a total of 36 sessions to use over 12 weeks. We usually recommend booking 3 sessions per week.
2. What time are the classes & do I have to stick to a day and time?
Nope! We give you plenty of flexibility. Once you are enrolled, you get to pick and choose which days/times work for you based on your availability. Sessions are Mon-Saturday. Weekdays are 5, 6, 7, 8:30 and 9:30am as well as 4, 5, 6 pm. Saturday is 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30am
3. Is it a group class or one on one?
Our personal training sessions are small. You will work with a trainer + 3 other women in your session.
4. What times are the sessions?
Tons and tons of session times to choose from. From as early as 5:00am to as late as 6:00pm.
5. How do I know what sessions to schedule?
You can discuss this with your coach on your kick off call and they can recommend what types of sessions you should be taking.
6. Who will be my coach?
When we receive your application you can specify a coach request, however we cannot guarantee placement due to coach availability. If you are unsure, we will make a recommendation based off your application answers. All of our coaches on staff have different strengths and this is considered with every unique application.
