Strength Training for Women Over 40
Full Body Training
Our full body personal training sessions help women build strength, tone muscle, and feel more confident in a comfortable small group setting. Each workout focuses on major muscle groups like the glutes, legs, back, and core, along with accessory movements for the arms and shoulders. Using barbells, dumbbells, machines, and other resistance equipment, we provide personalized coaching to help you train safely, effectively, and with lasting results.
Upper Body Training
Our upper body training sessions help women over 40 build strength, improve posture, and tone the arms, shoulders, chest, back, and core. With no more than 6 women per session, you’ll receive personalized coaching in a comfortable small group setting that feels supportive, motivating, and tailored to your goals.
Glute Training
Tone and strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, and legs! These workouts combine personalized coaching with the support of a comfortable small group setting, helping you build lower body strength, improve muscle tone, and feel more confident.
Leg Training
Strengthen and tone the legs in a comfortable small group setting. Each workout focuses on the quads and supporting lower body muscles using machines, barbells, dumbbells, and cables. With coaching tailored to your fitness level and goals, you’ll build strength, improve muscle tone, and feel more confident in every step of your fitness journey.
