Your full body weight training experience! In this session you can expect a main focus of the larger muscles of the body (glutes, legs, back, core) and accessory movements for smaller muscles (arms, shoulders) Build that hotASS physique with resistance training done right. We will use barbells, machines, dumbbells and everything needed to carve out killer curves.

Upper Body Training

Upper Body Training

Strength based personal training session focused on making all those “glamour” muscles of the upper body pop. Chest, back, triceps, biceps and shoulders as well as your CORE. We treat this class as seriously as any bodybuilder treats their training so it’s designed to carve out killer muscle. Your Upper Body semi-private personal training experience with no more than 4 women in these sessions.

Want to make some incredible changes in your a$$ets? This session your coach will focus on your glutes, hamstrings and overall leg sculpting with a variety machines, barbells, dumbbells and/or cables.

Leg Training

This session your coach will focus on your quads for overall legs sculpting with a variety machines, barbells, dumbbells and/or cables. Want to burn more calories at rest? Want to sculpt, tighten and tone your legs? This is the session for you.
